As time served dry stone wallers, we have literally built miles of dry stone wall. Dry stone wall is built without mortar and uses an intricate method of construction interlocking and overlapping stones and using smaller stones to fill in gaps. It doesn’t require a concrete foundation and has many environmental and drainage benefits. We are used to working with many different types of sandstone and limestone and can built free standing walls as well as retaining walls. Dry stone walls are incredibly versatile, they can be used to create many features such as seating areas and raised beds, it can be curved for a decorative element and there are many traditional regional variations. As well as building anew using quarried stone or reclaimed stone, we can price to repair or rebuild dilapidated or collapsed walls.
